Service content:

1. The warranty period of refrigeration equipment is 12 months after the acceptance of the equipment. That is, during the warranty period, due to product quality problems, we will provide free service.

2. Project warranty period: within 12 months after acceptance.

3. Provide free technical guidance installation and equipment debugging services.

4. Provide vulnerable parts at preferential price for life, and assist users in unit overhaul.

5. Train two technical operators on behalf of users, free of training fees, and pay for food, accommodation and transportation.

6. Provide maintenance work for users.

7. When the technicians arrive at the site for debugging, they will give on-site explanation and operation training to the user operators, so that the user operators can operate independently.

8. The company's after-sales service personnel will visit regularly or irregularly, supplemented by "greeting service" to ensure the smooth flow of the service system.

9. Provide professional technology and equipment supporting consultation for users free of charge.

Service guarantee system:

The company has set up a special after-sales service center, which opens a 24-hour repair call. After receiving the repair call, the maintenance personnel in the city will rush to the site within 3-5 hours, and other provinces and cities will rush to the site within 48 hours. General faults shall be solved within 24 hours and major faults within 3 days.
